Operative details of the service

The customer initially defines the amount regarding which calculating the orders and the course of the portfolio. The minimal amount is of 100.000 euro for the private investors and 1.000.000 euro for the societies.
Then, entering in the website private area, there are to your disposal informations about the elaborated trading system based on the indicated amount, in which there is list of the purchase and sale orders for each stock.
The customer can therefore independently forward such orders through their own bank, eventually with the aid of our tool of automatic sending orders.
 
The trading system take into account the operations that would be executed putting such orders in the market and calculate:
  • the composition of the portfolio: stock name, quantity, value of the quotas, amount, liquidity;
  • the historical chart of the portfolio, cleared of the commission of intermediation applied from the bank of the customer (0.19% of the executed amount with min 2.95€ and max 19€), considering the remuneration of the liquidity and the taxes on the capital gain;
  • the net gain realized from the management, from which is estimated the annual fee for the service by the product of the net gain for 0,198 ( = 0,165 + Vat ).
All the information come daily dawned, after hours 20:00.
 
 
Examples of calculation of the service fee, respect to an indicated amount of 100.000 euro:
  • if through the trading system a net gain of 10% is come true in a year, that is 10,000 euro, the service fee is equal to 10.000€ * 0,198 = 1,980€, therefore the 1.98% of the managed amount;
  • if a net gain of 5% is come true, that is 5,000 euro, the service fee is equal to 5.000€ * 0,198 = 990€, therefore the 0.99% of the managed amount;
  • if it don't realize any gain to you, no fee have to be payed (instead of the management commission applied by the societies of management, meanly over the 2% for the share patrimonial managements, independently from turns out obtained to you, plus the performance commission meanly of 20%).
